What identification should I have ready?
You must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card that is current and includes your signature and photograph.
Should I sign the document before the appointment?
In most cases, no. Documents should be signed in the presence of the notary during our appointment. Please do not pre-sign your documents unless specifically instructed by the document's recipient.

Yes. As a mobile notary service, we bring the notarization process to you. Appointments can be arranged at your home, office, coffee shop, or other agreed-upon public location.
Can you notarize documents that are being used out of state?
Yes. In many cases, we can notarize documents in Tennessee that will be filed or used in another state, as long as the notarization is completed according to Tennessee notary law. If the receiving agency has special wording requirements, please share that in advance.
What do I need for a remote online notary appointment?
You will need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, your valid unexpired government-issued photo ID, and the document ready for review/signing in the required format.
Do you provide I-9 services?
Yes. We can serve as an authorized representative for employer-requested I-9 document verification. Please note: Form I-9 itself is generally not notarized. We verify original identity/work authorization documents and complete the representative section per employer instructions.
What should I bring for an I-9 appointment?
Bring your original unexpired I-9 acceptable documents from List A, or from List B and List C, plus any employer instructions. Photocopies are typically not accepted for in-person verification.
Can you help me choose which I-9 documents to use?
